- Payment
Re-priced, then the secure page
The server recalculates the total and stops on any difference. Card details are entered on the payment provider's page, not on this site.

Processed and packed
The order is processed, packed in tamper-evident packaging and handed to the carrier.
- Shipped
Tracking emailed
A tracking number arrives by email. If tracking has not updated for 7 business days, contact support and a carrier claim is opened.

Lost, delayed
or misdelivered.

- If tracking has not updated for 7 business days, contact support. A carrier claim is opened.Once the loss is confirmed, a replacement ships or a full refund is issued.
- Delivered, not received
- Treated the same way: a carrier claim is opened, then a replacement or full refund once the loss is confirmed.
- Wrong address
- Please check the address before paying. Parcels returned because of an incorrect address can be re-shipped at the customer's cost.
- Destinations
- United States addresses only. We do not ship where the materials may not lawfully be received.

Checkout currently accepts United States addresses. Shipping is charged at the published flat rate shown in the cart, and the Shipping Policy linked in the footer describes dispatch and delivery terms.
02Does a promo code discount shipping?
No. Promo codes apply to the materials subtotal only. Shipping is always charged at the published rate so the total you see is the total you pay.
03What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact support@encorebiolabs.com with the order reference and a description. The Refund & Returns Policy, linked from every page, sets out how replacements and refunds are handled.
