Customer questions, answered
Before you choose a supplier you have questions. Here are the 23 we hear most, grouped by topic and answered plainly — including the ones where the honest answer is “that is still pending”.

By topic
Each answer is written to be read on its own. Where a policy applies, the policy page is linked so you can read the full wording.
How the cart, checkout, promo codes and order acceptance work.
The cart lets you review listed formats and totals, but card payments are not enabled. No orders or payments are currently accepted. A support inquiry does not reserve stock.
Claim the code on the page that advertises it, or type it into the Promo code box in the cart. The discount shows in the order summary before you pay. WELCOME15 gives 15% off materials on a first order and SWITCH20 gives 20%. One code per order; shipping is charged at the published rate.
The server re-prices every order from the catalog before accepting it. If any price changed between loading the page and submitting, the order stops and asks you to review the new total. You are never charged a figure you did not see.
Three declarations: that you are at least 21, that the materials are for lawful in-vitro laboratory research only, and that you accept the Terms of Service, the Research Use Only Disclaimer and the Refund Policy. Card details are entered on the payment provider's secure page, not on this site.
No. Any listed format can be ordered on its own. Quantities per line are limited, and prices are shown per format in USD.
What each listing tells you and what it deliberately does not claim.
Each product page lists a material name, CAS number or components, formats, and reference pricing in USD. These catalog records do not independently establish current-inventory specifications. A component list is not presented as a single CAS number or a complete formulation.
The listed quantity a material is supplied in, such as a sealed vial of a stated nominal amount. Multi-format listings show each quantity with its own price. Listed quantities are nominal and are not usage instructions.
No. Listings state identity, format, reference price and document status. The catalog does not describe effects, uses or results, and nothing on this site is advice. Research suitability must be evaluated by qualified personnel.
The photographs are owned Encore Bio Labs reference artwork and may show legacy packaging. The written identity and format on each product page take precedence over the image. Artwork does not establish the contents, quantity, testing, or availability of a particular lot.
A listing supplied with more than one stated component. Its page names each component and flags any composition or quantity questions still under review rather than presenting the combination as a single established specification.
Reports, their scope, what is pending and how to read a packet.
Each product page distinguishes supplier-provided laboratory reports, reports awaiting review and reports not on file in the reviewed set. Use Open PDF or Download PDF when available. The Encore summary is not a COA; selected reports are privacy-redacted, third-party-commissioned copies, not laboratory reissues or Encore-commissioned tests. Sharing permission is owner-confirmed. Laboratory authentication and independent inventory review remain pending. No product-specific SDS was located in the reviewed set.
8 of 24 listings have a released supplier report packet you can open or download. 8 have related reports awaiting review and 8 have no report on file in the reviewed set. Each product page states which applies.
No. Released packets are privacy-redacted, third-party-commissioned copies supplied to Encore. The Encore summary beside each one identifies the source, the samples described and the checks still outstanding. It is not a COA issued by Encore, and laboratory authentication remains pending.
Results apply to the tested samples described in the report. Independent report-to-inventory review is pending, so a report should be read as evidence about those samples, not as an automatic statement about current stock.
The owner reports that the supplier identified which reports correspond to received batches. The per-report mapping and supporting correspondence have not yet been reviewed here. Laboratory authentication and independent report-to-inventory review remain pending. This statement does not fill missing reports, extend a report to other formats or resolve analytical discrepancies.
Where we ship, what it costs and how replacements work.
The Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy are linked in the footer. Review them alongside the Terms of Service. A catalog listing or support inquiry does not promise stock, dispatch or delivery; payment availability is shown at checkout.
Checkout currently accepts United States addresses. Shipping is charged at the published flat rate shown in the cart, and the Shipping Policy linked in the footer describes dispatch and delivery terms.
No. Promo codes apply to the materials subtotal only. Shipping is always charged at the published rate so the total you see is the total you pay.
Contact support@encorebiolabs.com with the order reference and a description. The Refund & Returns Policy, linked from every page, sets out how replacements and refunds are handled.
Who operates the catalog and how to reach them.
Encore Bio Labs LLC, 704 Willow Glen, El Paso, TX 79922. The same details appear in the footer of every page and under Operator information in Policies.
Use the support contact in Policies & Operator Information and identify the material, format, and document you want to discuss. Available public copies and outstanding checks are listed in Documentation. An inquiry does not guarantee that a missing report is available or change a report’s review status.
The catalog is intended for qualified laboratory and institutional research review. Materials are research use only, not for human or veterinary use, diagnosis, treatment, or consumption. Research suitability must be independently evaluated by qualified personnel.
Encore does not publish ratings, reviews or testimonials. The catalog is meant to be judged on its written identities, priced formats, published document status and policies, all of which you can check yourself before ordering.
