Shipping Policy

Effective date: October 8, 2026

1. Where we ship

We currently ship to: United States. We do not ship where the products may not lawfully be imported or possessed, and we may require documentation for institutional shipments. The buyer is responsible for confirming that the products may be lawfully received at the destination.

2. Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment and, where applicable, eligibility verification. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

3. Shipping cost

A flat $20 per order, free on orders of $200 or more . The exact amount is shown before you pay.

4. Tracking

A tracking number is emailed when the order ships. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

5. Packaging

Products ship in tamper-evident packaging labeled "For research use only. Not for human consumption."

6. Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking has not updated for 7 business days, or a parcel is marked delivered but not received, contact support@encorebiolabs.com. We will open a carrier claim and, once the loss is confirmed, ship a replacement or issue a full refund.

7. Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address. Parcels returned because of an incorrect address can be re-shipped at the customer's cost.
