Who is responsible

Encore Bio Labs LLC, 704 Willow Glen, El Paso, TX 79922, is responsible for personal data collected on www.encorebiolabs.com. Contact: support@encorebiolabs.com.

What we collect and why

When you place an order we collect your name, email, phone (optional), organization (optional), shipping address, the items ordered, and a record of the declarations you accept at checkout, including the time, IP address, and browser. We use this only to process, ship, and support your order, to verify eligibility, to prevent fraud, and to meet legal obligations.

If you enter your email at checkout but do not finish, we may send you a reminder about the items left in your cart. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to stop at any time by writing to support@encorebiolabs.com.

When you create a researcher account, we process your email address, authentication information and eligibility declarations to verify and manage researcher access.

Who receives it

Our payment provider (to take payment), our shipping carrier (to deliver), and our hosting and email providers (to run the Site and answer you). Card details are entered on the payment provider's page and never reach our servers. When measurement is switched on, Google (Analytics and Ads) receives the order reference, the items and amounts, a random browser identifier and, if you arrived from a Google ad, that ad click's identifier. To measure ad results more accurately, Google Ads may also receive your email address and phone number in hashed form (scrambled with SHA-256 on our side before sending, so Google can match them to its own signed-in users but cannot read them). We never send your name or address. We do not sell personal data.

What the Site stores in your browser

A cookie that remembers you confirmed you are 21 or older, and your cart contents in local storage. The Site may use Google Analytics and Google Ads tags, which set cookies to measure visits and how well our ads work: pages viewed, items added to the cart, checkouts started, and purchases. If you follow one of our tagged links (for example from an email or a social post), a cookie remembers that campaign for up to 90 days so we can see which channel led to an order. You can opt out with Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) and manage ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.

Your selected language is remembered for up to one year in a preference cookie containing only en or es. Switching languages does not subscribe you to marketing or send your form contents to a translation service.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your data by writing to support@encorebiolabs.com. Order records are kept as long as tax and payment rules require.
