Institutional & volume orders

Ordering for a lab?
Ask for a quote.

Larger quantities, repeat orders and institutional purchasing work best when the details are agreed in writing first. Send us the formats and quantities you need and we will reply with what we can offer — before anything is ordered.

When to get in touch

Three reasons
to ask before you order.

01

Larger quantities

More than the per-line limit in the cart, or several formats at once. A quote sets out quantities and prices in writing.

02

Repeat or scheduled orders

If your work needs the same formats regularly, tell us the cadence and we will reply with how we can support it.

03

Documentation packs

Which report packets apply to the formats you need. 8 listings have released supplier packets; we will say plainly where none is on file.

How to ask

One email,
six details.

The email button opens a message with these headings already filled in. Nothing is ordered or reserved until you place an order yourself.

  1. 01

    Organisation and contact

The laboratory, university or company, and who we should reply to.

  2. 02

    Shipping state

We ship to US addresses only. Some institutional shipments may need documentation.

  3. 03

    Materials and formats

Copied from the catalog, so there is no ambiguity about identity or format.

  4. 04

    Quantity per format

How many of each format, and whether that is a one-off or a repeat order.

  5. 05

    Documentation required

Any report, record or paperwork your institution needs before purchasing.

  6. 06

    Timing

When you need the materials, so we can tell you honestly whether that is possible.

What to expect

A written answer,
not a sales call.

Institutional buyers need the same thing every researcher needs, just in writing: what the material is, how it is supplied, what it costs and what has been checked. That is how we will reply.

  • A reply by email, setting out what we can supply, in which formats, and at what price.
  • Plain statements about documentation, including where a report is pending or not on file.
  • No obligation: an enquiry does not reserve stock or commit you to an order.

All customer questions
01Do you offer volume pricing?

Ask us. Any pricing for larger or repeat orders is set out in a written reply to your enquiry; the catalog prices apply until then. An enquiry does not reserve stock.

02Can you invoice my institution?

Tell us what your purchasing process requires in the enquiry and we will reply with what is possible. Online orders are paid by card on the payment provider's secure page.

03Do institutional orders follow the same rules?

Yes. Every order is for lawful in-vitro laboratory research only, ships to US addresses, and is covered by the same Terms, Shipping and Refund & Returns policies.
