The comparison

Twelve points,
side by side.

The middle column is what to look for on any supplier's site. The right column is what Encore publishes today — open any product page to confirm it.

PointWhat to look for on their siteWhat Encore publishes
1 · Material identityA written name and CAS reference, or stated components, on every listing — not only a product title.
An identity or component list on every product page. Open identifier questions are labelled rather than hidden.
2 · Formats listed separatelyEach quantity shown on its own, not a single headline size.
35 formats across 24 entries, each shown separately.
3 · Price per formatA clear price for every size, in one currency, before checkout.
A USD price for every format on both the catalog and the product page.
4 · Document statusA written status for each listing: what exists, what is pending, what is missing.
Released packet, reports awaiting review, or no report on file — stated on every listing.
5 · Readable reportsThe PDF itself, with the sample it describes, the date and the method.
8 released packets, each with its sample scope, dates and methods.
6 · Scope honestyDoes the supplier say when a report covers only some sizes?
Yes — format gaps and composition questions are written on the product page.
7 · Pending checksDoes the supplier say what has not been verified?
Laboratory authentication and independent inventory review are listed as pending.
8 · Outcome claimsListings that describe effects or results are a warning sign.
None. Listings state identity, format, price and documents only.
9 · Policies before purchaseShipping, refund and terms pages you can read in advance.
Terms, Shipping and Refund & Returns policies linked from every page footer.
10 · Checkout safeguardsIs the order total verified before it is accepted?
The server re-prices every order from the catalog and stops on any difference.
11 · Business identityA legal entity, physical address and support email.
Encore Bio Labs LLC, with address and support email in every footer.
12 · Reviews and badgesStar ratings and testimonials cannot be checked.
None published. The catalog is meant to be judged on its records.

This page does not rate or name other suppliers. Report results apply to the tested samples, not automatically to current inventory. Research suitability must be independently evaluated by qualified personnel.

Reading the results

What the score
tells you.

You do not need a perfect supplier. You need one whose gaps are written down, so you can decide what to do about them.

  1. 01

    Mostly yes, gaps stated

A supplier that publishes its records and names its pending checks gives you something to act on. This is the standard Encore holds itself to.

  2. 02

    Mostly yes, gaps unstated

Good listings with nothing said about what is unverified. Ask the supplier directly which checks are outstanding, and compare the answer with Encore's published list.

  3. 03

    Badges instead of records

A "tested" seal with no PDF, sample scope or date is a claim, not evidence. Ask for the report before ordering.

  4. 04

    Claims instead of facts

Listings that describe results or effects, or hide the written identity behind a product name, are the clearest sign to look elsewhere.

    Pick the listings you need

Start from your protocol's requirements, not from a supplier's promotion.

  2. 02

Score each of the twelve points

For every supplier, note whether the item is published, partly published or missing.

  3. 03

    Open the actual documents

Read the PDFs. Check which sample and format each report describes. Encore's are in the document library.

  4. 04

    Ask about the gaps

Send each supplier the questions their records leave open. Encore's answers are on the questions page and from support.

All customer questions
01Is a supplier report the same as a certificate from Encore?

No. Released packets are privacy-redacted, third-party-commissioned copies supplied to Encore. The Encore summary beside each one identifies the source, the samples described and the checks still outstanding. It is not a COA issued by Encore, and laboratory authentication remains pending.

02Do report results apply to the vial I receive?

Results apply to the tested samples described in the report. Independent report-to-inventory review is pending, so a report should be read as evidence about those samples, not as an automatic statement about current stock.

03Why are there no reviews or testimonials?

Encore does not publish ratings, reviews or testimonials. The catalog is meant to be judged on its written identities, priced formats, published document status and policies, all of which you can check yourself before ordering.
