Transparent pricing

Cheap is not
the same as good value.

A low headline price is easy to print. What it often leaves out is the identity, the right format, the documents and the policies you would pay for anyway — in time, in repeat orders or in a result you cannot use. Encore prices every format in USD, and tells you exactly what the price includes.

The true cost

Six things
the cheapest listing often leaves out.

None of these show up in the headline price. All of them show up later.

  1. 01

    The right format

A lower price can describe a smaller quantity. If the size does not match your protocol, you buy twice. Encore lists every format with its own price so the comparison is like for like.

  2. 02

    A written identity

A product title is not an identity. Without a written name and CAS reference, or a stated component list, you cannot be sure what you are comparing — let alone what you are paying for.

  3. 03

    The report, not the badge

A "tested" seal costs nothing to add. A report that names the sample, the date and the method is what you would otherwise pay a laboratory to obtain yourself.

  4. 04

    Honest gaps

A supplier that says nothing about pending checks leaves you to find out the hard way. Encore lists what is still unverified on the product page.

  5. 05

    Policies you can read first

Refund and shipping terms discovered after a problem are the most expensive kind. Encore links Terms, Shipping and Refund & Returns from every page.

  6. 06

    Someone to contact

If something is wrong, a named business with an address and a support email is worth more than any discount. Encore's are in every footer.

Headline price vs full price

What you pay.
What you get.

The cheapest listing

  • One headline price — often for the smallest size.
  • Identity to be inferred from the product name.
  • A badge instead of a document.
  • Nothing said about what is unverified.
  • Terms discovered after checkout, if at all.
  • A contact form, or nothing.

An Encore listing

  • A USD price for each of 35 formats, shown before the cart.
  • A written identity or component list on every product page.
  • 8 released PDF packets, with a written status for every listing.
  • Pending checks named: laboratory authentication and inventory review.
  • Terms, Shipping and Refund & Returns linked from every page.
  • Encore Bio Labs LLC, with address and support email in every footer.

How Encore pricing works

One format.
One clear price.

01

A price per format

Multi-format listings show a separate price for each quantity, so you never estimate or extrapolate.

02

Totals checked twice

The cart shows your total, and the server re-prices every order against the catalog before accepting it. Any difference stops the order.

03

Discounts that are real

Promo codes such as WELCOME15 (15% off a first order) apply to the materials subtotal and show in the order summary before you pay. Shipping is charged at the published rate.

Run these four checks.

A fair comparison takes a minute per listing and avoids the most common way labs overpay: buying the wrong size twice.

  1. 01

    Match the listed quantity

Compare the same format, not just the same listing name. Divide by quantity only once both identities match.

  2. 02

    Match the identity

Confirm the written name and CAS reference, or stated components, are the same on both listings.

  3. 03

    Match the documentation

Note whether a report packet covers the format you are pricing, and whether you can open it.

  4. 04

    Add shipping and terms

Read each supplier's shipping policy and refund terms alongside the item price.

Short answers about this catalog. Full policies are linked in the footer.

All customer questions
01Why does the total get checked again at checkout?

The server re-prices every order from the catalog before accepting it. If any price changed between loading the page and submitting, the order stops and asks you to review the new total. You are never charged a figure you did not see.

02How do I use a promo code?

Claim the code on the page that advertises it, or type it into the Promo code box in the cart. The discount shows in the order summary before you pay. WELCOME15 gives 15% off materials on a first order and SWITCH20 gives 20%. One code per order; shipping is charged at the published rate.

03Does a promo code discount shipping?

No. Promo codes apply to the materials subtotal only. Shipping is always charged at the published rate so the total you see is the total you pay.
