Refund Policy

At EnCore Bio Labs we want you to be satisfied. Below are the conditions for returns and refunds.

Eligibility

- Returns accepted within **30 days** of delivery if the product is **unused, unopened, and in original packaging**.

- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items caused by us are eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

- Opened or used peptide products are **not** returnable unless defective.

How to Return

1. Email encorepeptides@gmail.com to start a return.

2. Shipping address provided on email.

- Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is our error (damaged/incorrect item).

Refunds

- After we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within **7–10 business days**.

- Shipping fees are non‑refundable.

- For defective or incorrect items, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

Non Returnable Items

- Opened or used products (unless defective).

- Items damaged by improper customer handling or storage.

- Purchases from unauthorized resellers.
